PHUONG - THI TRAN, MD

Dr. Phuong-Thi Tran, DO, is a family medicine physician with more than two decades of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Originally from Rach Gia, Vietnam, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and has practiced family medicine since 2004. Dr. Tran is deeply committed to empowering patients through partnership, emphasizing individualized, holistic, and evidence-based care grounded in strong communication, mutual respect, and trust. Her approach highlights preventive health, mental well-being, and patient education, ensuring individuals feel informed and confident in making decisions about their health. Outside of work, she enjoys art, photography, traveling, hiking, film, and caring for animals, and has fostered numerous shelter animals, reflecting her compassionate nature both in and beyond medicine.
