Pauline Lee Chao, MD

Dr. Pauline Lee Chao, MD, specialized in Internal Medicine, earned her Doctor of Medicine from Rush Medical College in Chicago in 2003 after completing a B.S. in Cell & Molecular Biology with Honors at the University of Washington. She completed her internal medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center and has experience in primary care, women's health, and academic medicine. Dr. Chao started her career in private practice and later treated veterans at the VA in Las Vegas. Dr. Chao has also cared for seniors through in-home visits and served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at UNLV, mentoring medical residents and reviewing admissions. Her philosophy centers on compassion, active listening and educating patients to improve their quality of life, with a passion for preventative medicine, brain health, and caregiving for seniors. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and husband traveling, creating artwork, and reading.
