My experience is not good enough. I feel like your staff team don't care about my health or how I feel because I've called multiple times to speak to my doctor and he has not respond to me at all. I asked the nurse to help me and did not call me for answers. I really feel like I would want to change my Doctor or go somewhere else. It's terrible that I have to call the call-in center several times to get to somebody in the front desk nobody answers so I keep calling until someone responds to me. I am very upset aggravated and how many times I have to try to contact someone in the office. I even ask to speak to the manager several times or the administrator several times and nobody respond back to me. I've been calling since Monday Tuesday and finally I got in contact with Keisha. I explained to her how disappointed I am with the staff. Something has to be done because this is my health and people in the office are the doctors need to care more about their patience.
