Paula Minervino, APRN

Mrs. Paula Winters Minervino, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, specializes in family medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. Mrs. Minervino brought more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including family practice, geriatric care, nursing education, emergency medicine, and labor and delivery. She provided value-based primary care for older adults, managed chronic conditions, promoted disease education, and helped patients achieve their desired quality of life. Her background also included serving as a nursing educator for Bachelor of Science in Nursing students and mentoring new nurses as a preceptor and charge nurse. Mrs. Minervino believes every patient should be met with kindness and compassion and strives to make each visit a place of peace rather than anxiety. Inspired by a nurse who showed her kindness during a childhood hospitalization, she entered healthcare to help people through their most vulnerable moments. She is especially passionate about heart health, diabetes, mental health, and caring for seniors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and reading.
