Paula Jacobsen, APRN

Ms. Paula Jacobsen, ARNP, is a Family Medicine and Gynecology Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve wellness through compassionate, whole person care. Originally from Canton, South Dakota, she was inspired to enter the medical field at a young age after witnessing the care and professionalism shown to her grandfather during a medical emergency. Today, she brings that same sense of purpose to her own practice, partnering with patients to support their health goals throughout every stage of life. Known for her warm and approachable style, Paula combines clinical expertise with genuine connection to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys road biking, golfing, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and their two beloved Ragdoll cats, Mocha and Bentley.
