Patricia Bernard, APRN

Patricia Bernard, MSN, FNP-C, joined CenterWell as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Bernard earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in Downer Grove, Illinois, in 2019, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, in 2016, and an ASN from Edison State College in Punta Gorda, Florida in 2013. Before joining CenterWell, Ms. Bernard was an advanced practice nurse practitioner with MyCare Medical, caring for older adults. She previously worked with Signify Health, performing health risk assessments. Ms. Bernard began her career as an RN with Bayfront Health, evolving into roles at Lee Health, where she cross-trained in surgical progressive care and intensive care. Ms. Bernard is dedicated to treating older adults. She believes in the importance of listening to patients to improve their health and quality of life. Ms. Bernard chose her career path in healthcare to help others and serve the community. Outside of her work, she cherishes spending time with family and traveling.
