Oussama Hajal, PAC

Oussama Hajal, PA, has joined CenterWell as a physician assistant. Mr. Hajal completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada in 2020. He earned a medical degree from Damascus University in Damascus, Syria, in 1992. He taught anatomy and physiology lab, at the College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, NV. He coordinated the VENT trial for COPD and participated in experimental lung cancer chemotherapy protocols at the University of Lille. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Mr. Hajal worked as a physician assistant with Redrock Medical/Cano Health. Earlier in his career, he practiced medicine as a pulmonologist in Syria and France. His passion for caregiving and heart health aligns with his affinity for older adults, and his philosophy of treating patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment he would invest in his family reflects CenterWell's values. Mr. Hajal chose healthcare, motivated by his own personal health battles and the support he received, to be there for others. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cinema, and soccer.
