Osiris Paz Cruz, APRN

Osiris Paz Cruz, DNP, AGNP-C, joined CenterWell as a doctorally prepared, board-certified adult and gerontology nurse practitioner. Ms. Paz Cruz earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and Master of Science, Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, from South University. She received her BSN from the University of the Sacred Heart in Santurce, PR. Earlier, she obtained her medical degree, a specialization in General Integral Medicine, and a Master's in Infectious Diseases and Immunology from the University of Medical Sciences of Cuba in Holguin, Camagüey, and Havana, respectively. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Paz Cruz was an adult and gerontology registered nurse practitioner at Latino Community Medical Clinic and Telehealth Red Pajardo in Houston, TX, and previously an RN at Journey of Life Healthcare. Passionate about addressing diabetes, heart health, and brain health, she believes in treating her patients with the same dedication she would extend to her loved ones, a philosophy that mirrors CenterWell's values. Ms. Paz Cruz chose healthcare to help others and serve her community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and reading.
