Nidjan C. Aquino, ANP-BC, is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner. Ms. Aquino earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Adult Health Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in 2012 from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, where she obtained her B.S. cum laude. She received an A.S. in Applied Science cum laude from Long Island College Hospital School of Nursing in Brooklyn, NY. Her honors include the Erika J. Stern Memorial Award. Mrs. Aquino was a nurse practitioner with Legacy Care/Autumn Care of Mechanicsville, VA. She previously provided primary and urgent care in Fredericksburg, VA, where she also treated a senior population at Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center and Falls Run Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was an RN at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System and Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, VA. Passionate about addressing diabetes and heart health, Mrs. Aquino chose healthcare because of her warm-hearted commitment to seniors and safeguarding their well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family, and running marathons.
