Nicole Southcott, APRN

Ms. Nicole Southcott, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Originally from Spencerport, New York, she completed her undergraduate studies at Nazareth College and earned her nursing degree from the State University of New York at Brockport. Ms. Southcott approaches care with a strong commitment to service and believes that supporting others is at the heart of meaningful healthcare. She values building trusting relationships and guiding patients through thoughtful, individualized care. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming and spending quality time with her family.
