Nichole Turner, APRN

Nichole Turner, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Herzing University in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey College in 2000. Before joining our center in 2024, Mrs. Turner saw patients as a nurse practitioner at Grace Health Clinic in Slidell, LA, managing acute and chronic care, and previously with Medipoint Staffing. She has held leadership roles, including Crescent City Adult Day Health Care director in Gretna, LA. She served in critical care capacities at Ochsner Medical Center and East Jefferson General Hospital, contributing to diversity initiatives and staff development. With a passion for heart health, brain health, and addressing diabetes, she has consistently demonstrated her dedication to patient care among older adults, emphasizing the importance of taking the time to listen to patients to enhance their overall health and quality of life. Mrs. Turner chose a career in healthcare for the countless opportunities it provides to better the lives of people of all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
