Ms. Neutt Diamse Dellareeda is an advanced practice registered nurse with experience delivering comprehensive, patient?centered care across primary care and specialty settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University after completing both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Associate Degree in Nursing at the same institution. Ms. Dellareeda has practiced in outpatient primary care, inpatient hospital settings, and specialty clinics including pulmonary, allergy, asthma, and sleep medicine. Her clinical background includes managing chronic conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in careful assessment and evidence?based practice. She believes strongly in taking time to listen to patients, viewing understanding and trust as essential to improving health outcomes and quality of life. Ms. Dellareeda is particularly passionate about diabetes management, heart health, brain health, exercise, and addressing loneliness and social connection, especially among senior patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
