Nerissa Trask Christian, APRN

Mrs. Nerissa Trask Christian, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner that has been working in healthcare since 2010. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Mrs. Christian has provided care across a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and in-home visits. She conducted wellness assessments and chronic disease management for geriatric patients at People Health Network and collaborated with physicians at Apogee Physicians to deliver inpatient care. At Mendoza Medical Clinic, she treated patients of all ages, offering urgent and primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive services. Her earlier nursing roles in neuro and medical ICUs at Tulane Medical Center and University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Center reflect her strong foundation in critical care. Mrs. Christian has also mentored patients and families through education and advocacy. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and traveling.
