Neeraj Mahboob, MD

Dr. Neeraj Mahboob, MD, FACP, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Fellow of the American College of Physicians with decades of experience in patient care, leadership, and medical education. He earned his MBBS from Rawalpindi Medical College and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Lutheran Medical Center, SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Mahboob has served as an attending physician in multiple clinical settings and held leadership roles, including Chief of Medicine and Chief of Staff at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Kentucky. His academic contributions include positions as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Kentucky and Clinical Instructor for the University of the Cumberlands Physician Assistant Program. He has participated in research on thrombolytic therapy and maternal-child health needs and is skilled in a wide range of inpatient and outpatient procedures. Outside of medicine, Dr. Mahboob enjoys chess, horse riding, tennis, reading, and traveling.
