Natalie Purdy, APRN

Natalie Renee Purdy, AGNP-C, is a board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner. Mrs. Purdy earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2016 and her BSN from Liberty University on the Dean's List in 2014, both summa cum laude. She received an ADN from Greenville Technical College. Her clinical background spans chronic care management, hospice, and palliative care, dedicated to improving patient well-being. Before joining us in 2024, Mrs. Purdy was a nurse practitioner for chronic care management with SC House Calls in Greenville, SC, and previously with Agape Care. Passionate about diabetes, heart health, and exercise, she believes in patient-centered care, genuinely listening to patients to enhance their quality of life. Mrs. Purdy is a member of the AANP and Upstate Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her volunteering includes missions in Guatemala and Jamaica, conducting clinics in Ochos Rios most recently, and running a weekly senior citizen wellness clinic from 2002-2004. Outside of work, she enjoys family, the outdoors, and traveling.
