Natalie Lake, MD

Dr. Natalie Joan Lake, MD, is a family medicine physician with extensive experience caring for adult patients across primary care, urgent care, and military and Veterans Affairs health systems. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed her family practice internship and residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Dr. Lake served 14 years in the United States Navy, including two deployments to Iraq as a Flight Surgeon with a Marine helicopter squadron, where she supported operational readiness and supervised medical teams in complex environments. Her clinical career has included caring for high-acuity adult patients in multidisciplinary settings, providing comprehensive family medicine services, and leading population health and quality improvement initiatives. She is particularly passionate about the role of exercise in overall health and well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and reading.
