Nancy Elizabeth Trifilo, APRN

Nancy Elizabeth Trifilo, FNP, has joined our center as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. With a career rooted in a passion for science and healthcare since an early age, Ms. Trifilo embarked on her journey as a pharmacy tech and certified nurse's aide. After graduating With Honors from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University, she has provided emergency and primary care across various New England hospitals, practices, and clinical settings. Before joining our center, Ms. Trifilo was a family nurse practitioner at Doctors Care. Her care philosophy revolves around meeting patients where they are utilizing active listening, communication, and follow-through skills to enhance satisfaction and outcomes. Serving seniors in home health, family practice, and focused care models, she remains committed to compassionate healthcare tailored to individual goals. Married with two daughters and three grandchildren, Ms. Trifilo and her husband relocated to South Carolina to be closer to their grandchildren. In her free time, she finds joy in hiking South Carolina's state parks and gardening.
