Monique K Thomas, APRN

Mrs. Monique Kezia Thomas, MSN, FNP-BC, CMSRN, CDE, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience caring for patients across primary care, endocrinology, pediatric, adult, and geriatric settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York. Throughout her career, Mrs. Thomas provided comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and patient education, with a strong focus on supporting older adults and underserved communities. She also assisted with onboarding and mentoring new clinicians and served as a preceptor for nursing staff. Mrs. Thomas is passionate about heart health and believes in caring for people with compassion and respect, regardless of their age or circumstances. Inspired by a lifelong desire to help others and serve her community, she is dedicated to empowering patients to achieve their best health. Outside of work, Mrs. Thomas enjoys reading, traveling, and going to the movies.
