Michelle Soojung Hong, APRN

Michelle Soojung Hong, MSN, APRN, AGNP C, is an Adult–Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive, value based primary care. She completed her graduate nursing degree at Emory University, where she was honored as a Veterans Affairs Nursing Academic Partnership Scholar, and has spent her career caring for diverse patient populations across multiple primary care settings. Michelle believes that listening deeply to her patients is essential to delivering meaningful care and improving quality of life—especially for seniors, whom she has served throughout most of her career. Passionate about diabetes, heart health, and obesity management, she focuses on prevention, education, and personalized care plans that support long term wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
