Michelle A Madera, APRN

Ms. Michelle Anne Madera, MSN, FNP C, is a family nurse practitioner with experience in primary care, urgent care, and preventive health services. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Ms. Madera has provided care across primary care and urgent care settings, including performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, post hospital follow up appointments, and managing acute and chronic conditions for adult patients. Her philosophy of care is grounded in active listening and patient education, believing that taking time to understand each individual's concerns is essential to improving quality of life and long term health outcomes. She is especially passionate about supporting patients managing obesity, heart health, and diabetes, and values building trusting relationships that empower patients to make informed health decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with her family.
