Michael Chau, APRN

Michael Chau, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with fellowship training in geriatric primary care from Intermountain Health, which deepened his commitment to caring for older adults. Mr. Chau earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Touro University Nevada in 2021 following a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a B.S. in Biological Sciences-Pre-Professional from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before joining us in 2024, Mr. Chau was a family nurse practitioner with Intermountain Health, where he developed a deep appreciation for his patients' life stories and built lasting relationships. He previously worked as a relief charge nurse and RN in the Ortho/Neuro Unit at Southern Hills Hospital and the Med/Tele Unit at Summerlin Hospital, gaining valuable experience managing complex medical conditions. Passionate about exercise, nutrition, and addressing diabetes, he believes attentive listening is vital to improving patients' health and quality of life. Mr. Chau's dedication to helping others and bringing smiles to patients inspired his career choice. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, going to the movies, and staying fit.
