Meredith Gardner Dammers, APRN

Ms. Meredith G. Dammers, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. Ms. Dammers brought more than two decades of nursing experience and additional experience as a family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management and preventive services. Her background included telephonic care management, transitional care, home health case management, clinical leadership and staff training. She served as a Team Lead and Coding Specialist, helping clinicians improve documentation quality and compliance. Ms. Dammers believes in treating patients with the same time, dedication and commitment she would invest in those closest to her and entered healthcare to help improve the lives of people of all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
