Melisa Stephens, APRN

Mrs. Melisa “Lisa” Stephens, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with broad experience in primary care, women's health, and chronic condition management across public health, in-home care, assisted living, and remote care settings. She earned her MSN from the University of Cincinnati after completing bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Exercise Science. Her background includes roles in county public health, mobile and in-home primary care, retail health, and cardiovascular nursing leadership in large medical systems. She is skilled in assessing complex health needs, educating patients, interpreting diagnostics, and coordinating care that supports long-term wellness. Guided by a philosophy of empowering patients and care teams through clear information and continuous learning, she is passionate about diabetes, heart health, and caregiver support. Outside of work, she enjoys music, cooking, and spending time with her family.
