Melina Sapida, DO

Dr. Melina Sapida, DO, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in primary care and preventive medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed her residency and internship in Family Medicine at the same institution. Dr. Sapida has provided care in diverse settings, including veteran health systems, military clinics, and community-based practices, where she focused on managing chronic conditions and promoting wellness. Her professional affiliations include the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and fostering strong provider-patient relationships. Outside of work, Dr. Sapida enjoys traveling, supporting the Humane Society, and weightlifting.
