I help patients take control of their health through education and building strong relationships. This leads to better long-term outcomes. My areas of focus include loneliness, brain health, and support for caretakers. I became a nurse practitioner in geriatric care to help others and serve my community. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2016. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University in 2010. I also earned a Nursing Diploma from Mercy School of Nursing in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1999. I'm also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. I was also part of Senior TLC in Gastonia, North Carolina, where I helped seniors live better lives. I worked at CaroMont Internal Medicine and CaroMont Regional Medical Center. When I'm not working, I love making new memories with my family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
