Maresa Kay Haynes, APRN

Mrs. Maresa Kay Haynes, MSN, APRN, FNP C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience across primary care, hospice, urgent care, occupational health, home based care, and complex chronic disease management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University after completing her BSN at Liberty University and her associate degree in nursing at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. Her clinical background includes caring for patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, diabetes, dementia, and other long term conditions, as well as providing palliative and supportive care focused on comfort, symptom control, and quality of life. Mrs. Haynes is passionate about preventive care, health literacy, and empowering patients to participate actively in their care. She has experience working with seniors across diverse settings, prioritizing dignity, clarity, and compassion in each interaction. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys living an active lifestyle, scuba diving, traveling, spending time outdoors, and making meaningful time for her husband, family, and her two cats, Tang and Princess Cleo.
