Manuel Morillo Menendez, MD

Dr. Manuel Morillo Menendez, a fellowship-trained, board-certified family medicine specialist, completed a geriatric medicine fellowship at Advent Health Orlando in 2024, following his family medicine residency at Mayaguez Medical Center, PR. Dr. Morillo Menendez earned his medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba, in 2011 and a diploma in Intensive Care and Medical Emergencies from Salvador Allende Hospital. His accolades include the Excellence in Teaching award, among others. He developed his medical career and experience working in various countries such as Venezuela, Colombia and Puerto Rico. Before joining us in 2024, he worked for over 3 years providing geriatric medical care to seniors in Orlando, FL. He believes listening to patients is vital to improving their health as well as to improve brain health and the functional status of our seniors. Dr. Morillo Menendez chose medicine to help seniors and safeguard their quality of life. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his family and running.
