Dr. Majonel L. Ontanillas, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than two decades of experience providing comprehensive adult primary care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines, completed his postgraduate internship at Chong Hua Hospital, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Fairview Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Health System hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Throughout his career, Dr. Ontanillas provided patient-centered care in outpatient and hospital settings, serving communities in South Dakota, Massachusetts, California, and Nevada. He also served as a Medical Director, helping oversee clinical operations while caring for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Ontanillas is passionate about diabetes management, heart health, and promoting exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. He believes in caring for people with compassion and respect regardless of their age or circumstances and values helping patients address both their medical and social needs. Outside of work, Dr. Ontanillas enjoys spending time outdoors.
