Luis Javier Velazquez Vicente, MD

Dr. Luis J. Velazquez is a general practitioner. He speaks English and Spanish and has been a healthcare professional since 2008, working in both hospital and clinical settings. Dr. Velazquez brings an extensive background in emergency medicine, hospice, and outpatient primary care, a profound knowledge of critical care, emergency medicine, and trauma management, and a history of working with minority and low-income populations. He previously worked as an emergency medicine physician at Santa Rosa Hospital in Guayama and Lafayette Hospital in Arroyo, Puerto Rico. Dr. Velazquez entered the healthcare profession to make a difference in peoples lives by helping them put their health first.
