Loyal Dean Williams, MD

Loyal Dean Williams II, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a Family Medicine residency through the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. Dr. Williams previously provided family medicine, rural care, and hospital-based care, with much of his career focused on serving older adults. He also held leadership and service roles before entering medicine, bringing a broad perspective to patient care. Passionate about disease prevention, mental health, healthcare equity, and patient empowerment, he believes every patient should feel heard, understand their health, and actively participate in care decisions. His heart is in serving others, and he would prefer that you just call him “Dean.” Outside of work, Dean loves time with his family, enjoys playing the violin, photography, backpacking, and passionately advocating for justice and equality.
