Louise Baffour-Sebeh Agyemang, DNP, APRN, FNP, PMHNP-BC, is a doctorate-prepared certified nurse practitioner and a healthcare professional since 2002. Dr. Agyemang earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner and Post Masters-PMHNP from UT Health Science Center. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing-BSN from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Capella University, MN, awarded her a Doctor of Nursing Practice & Organizational Leadership (Diabetes D-SMART Implementation). Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Dr. Agyemang practiced as an independent psychiatric and primary care provider. She previously cared for patients as a charge nurse-RN-BSN at Houston Methodist Hospital Medical Center in the critical and intensive care units and at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston, Texas, as a charge nurse-RN-BSN for the CCU and Cardiovascular and Trauma Surgical ICU. Dr. Agyemang chose healthcare out of a passion for helping others and serving her community. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, time with family, and the outdoors.
