Lonnie Jones, APRN

Ms. Lonnie Jones, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP BC, is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, relationship centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA, and has more than 19 years of experience serving adult and senior populations across inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and critical care settings. Her background included roles in primary care, general surgery, clinical leadership, and critical care nursing, where she managed chronic and acute conditions, performed comprehensive assessments, and led performance improvement efforts. Ms. Jones believes deeply in taking the time to listen to patients and understanding their life experiences to help them make healthier choices and improve their overall quality of life. She is passionate about heart health, brain health, and nutrition, and is committed to preventive care that supports long-term wellness and independence. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, performing music, and spending time with her family.
