Lisa R Holcomb, APRN

Lisa Holcomb, APRN, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse specializing in adult medicine and gerontology. Ms. Holcomb earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Auburn University and the University of Tampa and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In her role as APRN, Ms. Holcomb understands how CenterWell's senior-centered healthcare model benefits her patients by providing them with customized healthcare that yields better health outcomes and a higher quality of life. What she enjoys most about coming into the center each day is being able to help her patients reach their healthcare goals, stay healthy, and control chronic illnesses. Lisa believes in developing a CenterWell with her patients built on trust and compassion. This is why she always emphasizes the importance of taking her time to listen to her patients' needs and concerns to assess how to support them along their health journey better while always following up after they've left their visit to ensure they are following their care plan. When she's not at the office, Ms. Holcomb enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, as well as exercising.
