Yes, if you could please do not use the highly scented bathroom fresheners and the scented Lysol in the cleaning at the end of the day because people who have asthma or breathing problems, whatever you were using when I was there for my appointment, it was noxious. It was too perfumey and it took my breath away and I had the wrong inhaler with me and if I hadn't have been able to get outside and thankfully somebody at the office, a man gave me a water to help rinse that taste of the perfume out of my mouth. You got to use something different or wait until people, everybody is gone from the building.

My appointment was my very first one with this care team and I was very pleased, very, very pleased with the thoroughness of my first interview with not only the nurse practitioner but with the, well, it was a nurse practitioner and the person who preceded her. And they were thorough, they listened to my questions, they responded well. They couldn't give me a full analysis yet because they took blood work in order to get an updated lab report. I hadn't had one for about a year from my previous primary care person or provider. But they were all friendly from the office to the one who took just the initial information and did like the blood work.
