Lien Nguyen Fradella, APRN

Lien Fradella is a Certified Nurse Practitioner, speaks English and Vietnamese and has a Master of Science in Nursing from William Carey University. She has worked with seniors since she began her healthcare in 2014. She specializes in Geriatrics and provides primary and chronic care management to senior patients in multiple settings – inpatient, outpatient and in their homes. Lien worked at Ochsner Health for two years, and JenCare Senior Medical for three years prior to that. When it comes to patient satisfaction, Lien strives to get to know her patients better and understand their health and life goals. She says that by focusing on those goals patients know she has their best interest at heart. To Lien, the definition of the “right” patient-provider relationship is one of mutual respect; where patients feel heard, understood, and trust that she is guiding them to make the best health choices for a healthier and happier life. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, son Gage, and daughter Kinley, creating healthy and delicious meals, reading, and being outdoors.
