Lexi Morgenstern, APRN

Mrs. Lexi K. Morgenstern, MS, APRN, FNP C, was a family nurse practitioner focused on comprehensive primary care for adults and seniors. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman's University and provided care across urgent care, diabetes management, and community/home settings. She practiced as an FNP with Fast Pace Urgent Care and The Diabetes Center, and served patients through a community care network role with Matrix Medical Network; earlier nursing experience included ICU, neurology, ortho/neuro/telemetry, and COVID inpatient care. Her approach combined evidence based practice with a holistic perspective, emphasizing active listening, shared goals, and culturally inclusive care. She was passionate about diabetes, kidney disease, heart health, nutrition, exercise, and reducing social barriers that affect outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, and listening to music.
