Lakeisha Todd, APRN

Mrs. Lakeisha Hutchinson Todd, MSN, APRN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in adult and senior care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, where she also completed her bachelor's degree in nursing. With over a decade of nursing experience, she provided comprehensive patient assessments, education, and support across hospice, long term care, and primary care settings. She delivered end of life care, supervised interdisciplinary teams, managed large scale resident populations, and ensured adherence to clinical quality standards. She also educated patients and families on disease prevention and management while performing minor clinical procedures. Guided by a philosophy centered on meeting patients where they are and supporting both mind and body, she entered healthcare with a desire to help others and strengthen her community. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
