Ms. Paudel, fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi, earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in 2022. She obtained a GPA of 3.96, completed 625 practicum hours, and graduated With Distinction. She received her Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India, in 2011. Her previous roles include BSN-RN-CNIII in Neuro/Oncology at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC; providing psychiatric care as a BSN-RN-CNII at Holly Hill Hospital in Raleigh, NC; as a BSN-RN at Cary Health and Rehabilitation Center in Cary, NC; and as a BSN-RN, Nursing Officer of the Government of Nepal. Ms. Paudel believes in attentive listening as essential to improving seniors' health and quality of life and the importance of preventative health and managing chronic clinical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. This philosophy aligns perfectly with CenterWell's values of compassionate, patient-centered care. Ms. Paudel chose her healthcare career path with a soft spot in her heart for older adults and their well-being. In her free time, she loves creating happy memories with her family, cooking, and listening to music.
