Kristine Joy Salvador, MSN, AGNP-C, BSN, RN, a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner passionate about brain and heart health, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, as well as her BSN and ASN from California State University. She taught medical-surgical nursing fundamentals as an adjunct faculty member at Bryant and Stratton College, is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is registered with the American Geriatrics Society. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Salvador was a nurse practitioner with Westminster Canterbury Birdsong Clinic in Virginia Beach, VA, and an NP in Neurology at Chesapeake Regional Neuroscience Institute in Chesapeake, VA. She previously worked as a staff RN in Nursing Resources at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center and for seven years as a staff RN in the Neuro DOU of Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA. Ms. Salvador finds working with older adults profoundly rewarding, and she chose a healthcare career driven by her desire to help others and serve the community. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, making new memories with her family, and movies.
