Mrs. Kristen Michelle Hubbard, MS, RDN, LDN, CDCES, is a registered dietitian and diabetes care specialist dedicated to helping patients use nutrition to improve their health and quality of life. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Louisiana Tech University. Mrs. Hubbard brought over a decade of experience providing medical nutrition therapy, with a strong focus on older adult populations, diabetes, heart health, and chronic disease management. Her background includes serving as a population health manager, where she led nutrition programs, supervised interdisciplinary teams, and advanced community outreach initiatives, as well as teaching as an adjunct nutrition instructor and mentoring future healthcare professionals. She also held leadership roles in long-term care, overseeing nutrition services and improving patient outcomes through education and evidence-based care. Guided by a philosophy centered on helping patients make healthier choices, Mrs. Hubbard emphasizes prevention, empowerment, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, trying new recipes and restaurants, and staying active.
