Kirstin Negron, DO

Dr. Kirstin Negron, a board-certified family medicine specialist, is dedicated to serving the Hampton Roads community. Her medical journey was shaped by her parents, who are family and emergency medicine physicians in Central Florida. Dr. Negron completed her family medicine residency at Garnet Health Medical Center in Hudson Valley, New York, in 2021. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine after obtaining her bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Florida. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Dr. Negron worked with Bon Secours in Virginia Beach, VA, focusing on an underserved population with Medicaid and Medicare coverage. Her passion for older adults is evident in her belief in shared decision-making and continual learning to empower patients, the Care Team, and herself, aligning with CenterWell's values, emphasizing patient empowerment and ongoing education. Dr. Negron is passionate about preventive medicine and reducing polypharmacy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending live shows, hiking, mystery novels, and cherished moments with her beloved family and dogs.
