Kimberly Wollett Giovannelli, MD

Dr. Kimberly Wollett Giovannelli, MD, is a family medicine physician dedicated to improving quality of life through attentive, relationship based care. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Georgia Southern University, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Giovannelli completed her family medicine residency at Bayfront Family Medicine Residency in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has practiced family medicine in a community-based setting, providing comprehensive care to adult and senior patients, with a strong focus on chronic disease management and preventive care. She has a particular passion for caring for seniors and safeguarding their quality of life, especially through thoughtful diabetes management. Her philosophy of care is rooted in taking the time to listen, believing that meaningful conversations are essential to better health outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
