Kimberly Basham, APRN

Ms. Kimberly Joy Basham, MSN, APRN, FNP C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than three decades of nursing experience and a strong commitment to patient centered primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Olivet Nazarene University after beginning her career as a registered nurse in Illinois. Over the past decade, she has provided senior focused primary care, managing chronic conditions, performing preventive screenings, and supporting patients through every stage of their health journey. Guided by root cause medicine and a belief that listening deeply is essential to improving quality of life, Ms. Basham is passionate about helping patients take ownership of their health. She brings a warm, relationship based approach to care, grounded in education, compassion, and evidence based practice. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending meaningful time with her family.
