Kimberly Ann Moniz, APRN

Ms. Kimberly Ann Moniz, DNP, APRN, ANP-C, is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, cardiology, hospital medicine, hospice, palliative care, bariatric medicine, and long-term care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in Massachusetts and built a diverse clinical career caring for adult and geriatric patients across hospital, outpatient, rehabilitation, and post-acute settings. Ms. Moniz provided care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, chronic illnesses, and end-of-life needs while developing individualized treatment plans focused on whole-person wellness. She also served as a clinical professor, preceptor, mentor, and charge nurse, helping educate nursing students and advanced practice providers. Guided by a philosophy of empowering patients through accurate information and continual learning, she entered healthcare to serve others and remains especially passionate about heart health. Outside of work, Ms. Moniz enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, and traveling.
