Kelly Lynn DeBoer, MD

Dr. Kelly DeBoer, MD, FAAFP, is a Family Medicine Physician with 25 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care to patients across all stages of life. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton before earning her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and finishing her residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington. Her clinical approach emphasizes compassionate, evidence based care and building strong relationships that support patients' long term health. Dr. DeBoer's dedication to family medicine reflects her belief in understanding the whole person and working collaboratively to promote wellness. Originally from Chardon, Ohio, she values family life and meaningful connection. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her grandson, and caring for her Mastiff, Sam.
