Keith Robert Freeman, DO

Dr. Keith Robert Freeman, DO, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a strong background in adult primary care and academic mentorship. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Florida. Dr. Freeman practiced at Bon Secours St. Francis Covenant Primary Care in Greenville, South Carolina, where he also served as an Internal Medicine Preceptor for VCOM Carolinas Campus, mentoring medical students and contributing to clinical education.
