Joshua Kohl, PA, joined CenterWell as a board-certified physician assistant. Mr. Kohl earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, in 2010. Before joining CenterWell, Mr. Kohl was a physician assistant with Grand Medical Associates, Phoenix, Arizona, responsible for acute and long-term care for family and older adult patients, counseling, physical examinations, and therapeutic injections. He previously was a certified nursing assistant at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Kohl has found treating seniors to be both rewarding and humbling. Passionate about addressing obesity and diabetes, his philosophy of care emphasizes comprehensive information and continual learning to empower his patients, the Care Team, and himself—resonating perfectly with CenterWell's commitment to providing high-level patient-centered care. Mr. Kohl chose a healthcare career motivated by a warm feeling for seniors to safeguard their quality of life. Outside of work, he treasures spending time with his family.
