Joseph C Palomba, MD

Dr. Joseph Charles Palomba is a board-certified family medicine specialist. He completed his family medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, MA, in 1994 and a general surgical internship at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, in 1991. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1990. He was a research assistant in the Navel Blood Research Laboratory at Boston University for two years after obtaining his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, Medford, MA. He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Palomba saw patients at Physician One Urgent Care in eastern Massachusetts. Since 2016, he has facilitated opening three hospital-owned urgent care centers, as the medical director and urgent care physician with Emerson Health in Concord, MA. He believes in empowering his patients to make healthier choices, contributing to their well-being and quality of life. Dr. Palomba chose medicine for the immense privilege of improving people's lives. Outside of his work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, golfing, cooking, and traveling.
