Dr. Jose L. Sandoval is a board-certified internal medicine specialist. Dr. Sandoval completed his internal medicine residency at Louisiana State University Health Shreveport in Shreveport, Louisiana. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Sandoval profoundly appreciates providing accessible and effective medical care, particularly to underserved communities. His fluency in English and Spanish enables him to offer quality care to diverse patient populations. Dr. Sandoval saw patients as a primary care physician with Sanitas Medical Centers, UT Physicians, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center. Building solid and enduring doctor-patient relationships is a highlight of his profession, and he is thrilled to have the resources and team at CenterWell to provide exceptional patient care. Dr. Sandoval chose a medical career to help people live better lives by prioritizing their health and to serve the community. Outside of his work, he enjoys exploring new cuisines and cherishes moments with his wife, three sons, family, and friends. Additionally, he is an avid runner, often training for marathons.
