Jorge Luis Santos Alba, APRN, FNP, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Miami Regional University in 2022. Mr. Santos Alba practiced medicine for sixteen years, earning his medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana in 1998. He relocated to the United States and transitioned to nursing, obtaining an Associate of Science in Nursing from the International Institute for Health Care Professionals in Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Santos Alba joined our center in 2022 as an advanced practice registered nurse. His previous experience includes roles as an RN with CDR Maguire in Cape Cod, MA, Greater Vision Healthcare Services, and Sonas Home Health Care in Winter Park, FL, and as a surgical assistant at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. Mr. Santos Alba chose healthcare to help others and serve the community. With a deep affinity for older adults and a focus on heart health, diabetes, loneliness, and socialization, he believes listening to his patients can help enhance their health and quality of life. In his free time, he enjoys gathering with his family, traveling, and the outdoors.
