Jonnathan Soltero is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with 11 years of experience working in Adult Orthopedics, Cardiac Step Down, Pediatric Intensive Care and Neonatal Intensive Care and 3 years practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from the University of Alabama with his Masters of Science degree in Nursing and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jonnathan speaks English and Spanish. In his role as an APRN, Jonnathan understands how beneficial CenterWells senior-centered healthcare model is to his patients because they are able to receive care from experienced providers who specialize in senior care and know how to better manage chronic conditions and medication coverage, leading to overall better outcomes. Jonnathan enjoys making a difference in his patients health, this is why he always emphasizes that it is not simply about informing them on their medications, but he is required to lead by example and properly educate them on how to stay active and follow a proper diet to improve their quality of life. Jonnathan believes in developing a relationship with his patients that is founded on mutual respect and understanding. He ensures patient satisfaction by taking the time to listen to his patients needs and concerns, so that he can truly get to the root of their main health issues and provide them with the support they need along their health journey. During his spare time, Jonnathan enjoys going out with friends, playing with his French bulldogs as well as playing video games.
